Spring has come and gone, leaving us with ideas for fresh new dishes featuring many spectacular varieties of Wisconsin Cheese. From the cheeses of the month – Wisconsin burrata in April, provolone in May and juustoleipa in June – to the featured entertaining varieties – Wisconsin ricotta, brie, gouda, blue and cheddar – our taste buds have been on an adventure.
