Wisconsin Swiss could not have been a more appropriate Cheese of the Month for November. First appearing on a tasty melba toast with peach and carved ham, Swiss demonstrated its ability to melt beautifully to make appealing appetizers. Kelley of Mountain Mama Cooks created a seasonal scone featuring the sweetness of autumn apples mixed with the nutty flavor of shredded Swiss. And with Heidi of FoodieCrush’s recipe for Turkey, Cranberry & Swiss Crostini, the turkey leftovers don’t have a chance of lasting beyond Black Friday.
