It’s summer, it’s June Dairy Month and it’s 5’oclock somewhere – the perfect time to mix up our new favorite indulgence. It combines our two favorite summer refreshments to create a concoction that is irresistible and borderline magical. Behold: THE BEER FLOAT.

Coffee Stout Beer Float

This dessert cocktail may be decadent, but the beer float’s perfection is achieved in three simple steps.

What you’ll need: coffee stout beer, chocolate ice cream, glasses and straws (optional)

Step one:

Scoop desired amount of ice cream into glass (we recommend two).

Step two:

Slowly pour beer on top of ice cream to fill the glass.

Step three:

Bask in the glory of the beer float.

Repeat as necessary.
