One of the best things about #FridayNightPizzaNight is that each one can be a little different. There are endless possibilities for toppings, cheese combinations and sauces, making it easy to mix things up from week to week. You can even make pizza on a stick!
This week, we’re bringing you a fun and easy new recipe from Catherine of Weelicious. Her Pizza Lollipops use regular pizza dough, rolled into balls and placed on wooden popsicle sticks. Each one is topped with Wisconsin fontina cheese, a slice of pepperoni and more cheese. They are baked into individual pizza lollipops and served with pizza sauce on the side for dipping.
This recipe can also be customized in many different ways. Create your own version with your favorite Wisconsin cheese – mozzarella, provolone and monterey jack would all be great options. The toppings can also be switched up to your liking – or let everyone choose their own with options such as diced ham, olives or mushrooms. Get creative!

Servings: 16 pizza pops
1 pound pizza dough
8 ounces (2 cups) Wisconsin fontina cheese, shredded
16 wooden popsicle sticks
16 pepperoni slices, or other desired pizza toppings such as diced ham, olives or mushrooms
Pizza sauce, for dipping
Heat oven to 450°F.
Divide pizza dough into 16 pieces and roll each into a ball.
Insert wooden popsicle stick into center of each pizza dough ball, flatten into a disk, and place on baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Sprinkle shredded fontina onto each pizza lollipop, top with a pepperoni slice or other desired toppings, and extra cheese.
Place pizza lollipops in oven and bake 25-30 minutes, until cheese is melted and pizza dough is golden brown.

- Entrants must be U.S. residents age 18 or older.
- Entries are limited to one per household, per method of entry.
- One random entry from each method of entry will be chosen as the winner.
- Entry period ends Sunday, October 25 at 11:59 p.m. EST.
The winners will be announced within the same Facebook post and Instagram post by Monday, October 26.
