To start, we’ve got two classic recipes: Turkey Cheeseburger Skillet, and Asiago and Mushroom Beef Stroganoff. Requiring one pan and less than 30 minutes each, these homestyle skillets are guaranteed to be weeknight favorites. The cheeseburger skillet is an upgrade from the store-bought boxed version and boasts a double dose of Wisconsin’s best cheeses: rich, nutty cheddar and a smooth Colby-Monterey jack blend.
The beef stroganoff is a step up from grandma’s old recipe but still has all the classic stroganoff ingredients like mushrooms, beef, sour cream and egg noodles—but with extra flavor from buttery Wisconsin asiago cheese.
If your family prefers dinner on the meaty side, whip up this Southwestern Chicken Skillet. Chili- and cumin-laced chicken breasts are cooked in salsa, and sprinkled with Wisconsin Monterey Jack cheese (or pepper jack, if you like extra heat) for a mild, creamy finish. For an at-home taste of the Mediterranean, make this Greek Skillet Florentine. It doesn’t get any simpler than this fresh, fragrant recipe. Beef (or lamb), spinach, oregano, tomato sauce, garlic and tangy Wisconsin feta crumbles meld together for a quick skillet that’s on the table in less than 20 minutes.
