Here in Wisconsin, we obviously love our cheese curds. But these fresh squeaky morsels aren’t just for frying.

Jonathan Melendez of The Candid Appetite said, “Wisconsin cheese curds are actually quite versatile and can really spruce up any recipe!” That’s just what he did with these Air Fryer Chicken & Cheese Curd Taquitos.

Fresh Cedar Grove cheddar cheese curds are tossed with a spicy chicken and green enchilada mixture and rolled up into a tortilla. The filled tortillas are then placed into an air fryer until they are crispy and golden – no frying with oil required!
